Worst car buying experience I have ever had. To start as condition of the sale they were going to replace the radiator we took it to their shop to have the radiator replaced. Came back to pick our car and tried to give us a different car instead and when we disagreed and told them that was not the car we purchased and we would like a refund on our down payment they would not refund us we were left with no choice but to take the car which was on its last leg to start. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I Hope no one ever has to get a car from there. I feel sorry for you if you do.
Rex has been great. I have always paid on time so I have not had the "bad" experience some claim. Anytime I have had a concern he has made it right. I even got a loaner free of charge!
